Kim Me, President and C.E.O.
of KM Academy, Seoul Korea named this blog. Me is a fantastic educator and
communicator. Her passion and dedication to children are my inspiration!
Erin Logan was the motivation for this blog, in that she kept pestering me to do a blog about running. Erin is a professional educator… and my daughter-in-law. Love her immensely!
Rev. Charles Neff, in 1986, challenged an auditorium full of 5000+ people to give just $.25 a day to help eradicate poverty. He captured the imagination of my then four-year-old son, Kyle, who said, "Daddy, if you will increase my allowance, we can do that!" Our family has been giving to causes addressing the critical issues of poverty ever since.
Kelly Morgester, my wonderfully supportive daughter and owner of Pretty Ink Designs, designed my first t-shirts worn in a marathon. She updated (2015) the shirt for Stockholm! She is a fabulous designer of wedding invitations, birth announcements, etc. You can reach her at prettyinkdesigns.com.
Amanda Bowers, a college friend of Kelly, is my motivation and inspiration to keep running, no matter what! She is an amazing young mother of three, professional educator and avid marathoner. Her blog www.runninghood.us is a fabulous journal of the triumphs and trails that every runner faces.
Kelly Lightfoot, a young professional working with me on branding and marketing of my business Synago LLC redesigned the run4liferun4love logo and updates my language additions each time I run in some exotic location and have the money to update. http://ampersandbranding.com
Dr. Thomas Alcox, Saint Luke’s Medical Group, has supported my meager efforts through the years to be active, put up with my complaining about back pain, and has done a super job at keeping me healthy! Dr. Kam-Fai Pang, Rockhill Orthopedic Specialists was an inspiration in helping me get back on my feet after being hit by a pick-up truck! Dr. Michelle Robin, founder and owner of Your Wellness Connection (www.yourwellnessconnection.com), keeps me physically in the race. I could not do it without all!
Last, but certainly not least is my son Kyle Logan, my social media guru. I really have no clue on most of this stuff and Kyle is ever so patient with his techno-challenged dad in keeping not only my passion online, but also my business, Synago LLC.
